Users
All users and their role in each tenant, assigning global administrators, and activating, deactivating or deleting accounts
Required permission: Global admin
The Users screen shows every account across tenants. One person can have different roles in several tenants, and suspending or deleting the account itself is done only here. The Members screen in the admin console looks the same but is narrowed to the current tenant.
The Memberships (멤버십) column shows tenant:role, and global administrators are marked with a red Global admin (전역 관리자) badge. If you arrive through the Users (사용자) link in the tenant list, the screen opens already filtered to that tenant's members (clear it with the "Tenant: code ✕ (테넌트: 코드 ✕)" button at the top).
Register a user
- Press Register user (사용자 등록).
- For someone without an account, fill in the email, password (8 characters or more), tenant and role on the Create new account (새 계정 만들기) tab. For someone who already has an account in another tenant, use the Grant role to existing account (기존 계정에 역할 부여) tab (the password does not change).
Register user — create an account / grant a role to an existing account - Press Register (등록) (or Grant role (역할 부여)). A new account can sign in right away.
Change roles, assign global administrators, suspend accounts
Press a row to open the Member details (멤버 정보) dialog.

To handle several people at once, select them with the checkboxes on the left and use Activate (활성화) / Deactivate (비활성화) / Delete (삭제) that appear at the top. You cannot select yourself.
Permission matrix
Press Permission matrix (권한 매트릭스) to see a table of what each role can do. Under each permission name is what that permission lets you do.
