Global audit log
Filter the records of administrative actions across all tenants and the system, and export them as CSV
Required permission: Global admin
The audit log records who changed what, when, and to what. Administrative actions such as role changes, token issuance, approvals and tenant edits are recorded, and the records are never modified. The system console's Global audit log shows the records of all tenants and of the system itself in one place, with one extra tenant filter. The Audit log that a tenant ADMIN sees is the same screen narrowed to the current tenant.
Find records
- Narrow down with the filters at the top — All actions (모든 action) (action prefix), period (All time (전체 기간) / Last 24 hours (최근 24시간) / Last 7 days (최근 7일) / Last 30 days (최근 30일)), All tenants (모든 테넌트), actor (email or name), and target (part of an email or ID).
- Press Details (자세히) on a row to see the values before and after side by side.
Audit record details — before and after - To clear all filters, press Clear filters (필터 지우기).
Filters are kept in the address, so if you send that address to a colleague it opens with the same conditions.
Export as CSV
The CSV (CSV) button downloads all records matching the current filters exactly as a CSV file. Use it for quarterly audit material or incident investigations.
